Welcome to Airvexa AC Care. By booking our AC repair or home appliance repair services in Patna, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before availing our services.
Note: These terms apply to all services including AC repair, refrigerator repair, washing machine repair, microwave repair, and geyser repair across Patna.
1. Service Agreement
By scheduling a service request through call, WhatsApp, or website enquiry, you authorize Airvexa AC Care to inspect and diagnose your appliance. Our technician will provide repair details and estimated cost before starting any paid repair work.
2. Inspection / Visiting Charges
Inspection charges are applicable for doorstep visits in Patna. These charges are non-refundable but adjustable if repair work is completed during the same visit.
3. Pricing Policy
- Repair charges depend on appliance condition and spare parts required.
- Final price is confirmed after inspection.
- All payments must be made immediately after service completion.
- Prices may vary depending on brand, model, and technical complexity.
4. Spare Parts & Warranty
We use genuine and compatible spare parts. Warranty terms vary depending on part type and manufacturer policy.
- Service warranty: Up to 30 days on same issue.
- Spare part warranty: As per brand policy.
- Warranty does not cover physical damage or voltage fluctuation damage.
5. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel service before technician dispatch without charge. If cancellation occurs after technician arrival, visiting charge may apply.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide correct address and contact number.
- Ensure appliance is accessible for repair.
- Disclose prior repair history if any.
- Ensure proper power supply during service.
7. Limitation of Liability
Airvexa AC Care is not responsible for:
- Pre-existing internal damage.
- Unauthorized third-party repair after our service.
- Damage due to voltage fluctuations or natural disasters.
- Loss of perishable items in refrigerator breakdown cases.
8. Service Coverage Area
Our services are available across Patna including Boring Road, Kankarbagh, Rajendra Nagar, Bailey Road, Danapur and nearby areas.
9. Payment Terms
We accept cash, UPI, and online payments. Payment must be cleared immediately after service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from services shall be subject to Patna jurisdiction under Indian law.
11. Changes to Terms
Airvexa AC Care reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
